What is a Pre-Authorisation?
A pre-authorisation is a security guarantee for payment only. The pre-authorisation fund is not held by us, the company who provide the credit card system or by the authorising bank. We are NOT charging your credit card. The pre-authorisation fund is held on your card by your own issuing bank. A pre-authorisation can be held on your card for a minimum of 10 to 15 working days. Pre-authorisation should be released by your issuing bank automatically, if not you will need to contact your issuing bank.

How Much is a Pre-Authorisation?
The amount that we pre-authorise will be for the total amount of your stay.

Why is the Credit Card Pre-Authorised?
When you give us a credit/debit card, the pre-authorisation guarantees us that the funds are available to pay at a later date.Payments are normally processed the day before arrival.

When does the Pre-Authorisation Get Released from the Credit Card?
This varies dependent on your individual credit/debit card. Upon your check out your room charge and any extras will be charged to your card, this will appear on your credit card statement within 3 working days. However, if you choose to pay the balance with another credit card or choose cash, we will cancel the pre-authorisation and this can take up to 15 days to clear in your account.

Damage to the property or any fixtures/fittings:We reserve the right to charge individual guests or lead guests for the cost of rectifying damage which has been caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless acts of guests to the property or any fixtures/fittings.

Parking Disclaimer:Private parking is available at the rear of the property at no extra charge.Please note that vehicles and contents are left at owners own risk.

Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival.

Booking Cancellation Policy

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 2 days prior to arrival are without charge.
Bookings cancelled within the2 days before arrival will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of The total cost of the booking.
